Pricing

Priced per job. Backed by a promise.

Managed month-end billing for commercial subcontractors, at one price per job, every month. Start with a free look, then one GC.

What it costs.

Design partners

$175 per job per month

For my first 3 firms.

List price

$250 per job per month

For every firm after my first 3.

  • A job is one monthly package (pay app) for one GC project. A job with no pay app that month costs nothing.
  • No minimum, and I never charge by the hour.
  • More than 20 jobs a month? Ask me for a volume price.

My promise

If my mistake gets a package kicked back, that job’s month is free.

If a GC sends a package back because of my mistake, I fix it free and that job’s month is free. In your first month, if a package isn’t ready for your signature two business days before that GC’s cutoff, and I haven’t told you in writing what’s missing and why, you get the month back. Late PM numbers, documents you or the GC owe, an unavailable signer and portal outages don’t count.

How you start

Measure it. Fix one cycle. Then keep it running.

Step one

A free look

Email your AR aging report to [email protected] (a recent pay app works too). Within 48 hours you get a free Cash Snapshot: one page on what’s past due, with which GCs, and three fixes your office can make this month, with or without me.

Output: one page, free. No call, no obligation.

Step two

The first month

Start with one GC. I take its jobs through a full cycle and hand you each package ready for your signature two business days before that GC’s cutoff. You pay the per-job price, and if I miss, you get the month back.

Output: one clean cycle, on record.

Step three

Every month after

All your GCs, every month. I report against your baseline: days to package, kickbacks, and days to payment.

Output: month-end becomes a review, not a scramble.

How I run month-end is on the home page, under What I take off your plate. You keep every decision: nothing is signed, submitted or waived without you.

Which GC held your last draw?

Tell me how many GCs you bill, what usually goes wrong, and when your next cutoff is. I’ll start by telling you straight whether it’s the right problem to fix.
