Text messages
Billing texts, only by consent.
OpOrd texts the people behind each pay application — owners, project managers, and vendors’ billing contacts — about progress numbers, lien waivers and signatures. Here’s exactly what we send, how to opt in, and how to stop.
The program
OpOrd billing texts are operational messages about month-end billing for commercial subcontractors that use OpOrd. Depending on your role, we may text you to:
- ask for this month’s progress numbers for a pay application, or confirm the numbers we have;
- request a lien waiver, remind you about one, or confirm it was received;
- send a secure link to review and sign a waiver or a pay application package;
- confirm that a pay application was submitted, or that a payment arrived.
We don’t send marketing or promotional texts.
Who sends them
Texts come from OpOrd, a trade name of Everly Mews LLC. The first text we send you says which company it’s for — for example, “This is OpOrd Billing for Sample Mechanical.” Links in our texts point to app.opord.co.
How often
Message frequency varies with the billing cycle. Most people get a few texts around each monthly pay application, and fewer in quiet months. We text on weekdays, during business hours.
What it costs
OpOrd doesn’t charge you for texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop or get help
Opt out at any time. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and nothing after it. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too.
Get a reply with who we are and how to reach us — or email [email protected].
Opt back in after replying STOP.
If you opt out, we’ll reach you about billing another way, such as email, when a step needs you.
Your number and your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described on this page. We don’t sell it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do use service providers to deliver messages, under contracts that limit what they can do with the information. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full text message terms are part of our Terms of Service.
